Girls Aloud: Untouchable (video premiere)

March 25th, 2009 by Silvan

For their ‘Untouchable’ video, Girls Aloud have swapped the 1950s wigs and Supremes-inspired dresses for something way more intergalactic. Let’s hope the girls either open or close the set of their forthcoming tour by floating across the audience in those giant spheres…that would rule.

On the other hand, perhaps the girls should have paid more attention to Microsoft’s vision of the future (2019).

They’ve done a good job with the single edit, I wouldn’t have wanted to be in charge of knocking 3 minutes off such an amazing tune. Not really sure the additional auto-tuned bits were necessary but that’s just nit-picking really.

The Girls look amazing in the video (even if it is a bit ridiculous).

Great video! I`d like it more if it was a little longer, but even this version is fantastic)) I LOVE GIRLS ALOUD!!!!)

This short version it´s excellent. The theme, the costumes, the song!
The only thing that I don´t like. it´s the aspect radio choosed. If the spheres-spaceship have a relation 1:1, it´s more logical that the video have a aspect radio 4:3 or 16:9.
