Meet Dutch singer Esmee Denters
Dutch blogs have been buzzing about Esmée Denters since 2007, when the 20-year-old became a YouTube sensation for uploading videos of herself singing along to mostly R&B flavoured songs.
Esmée’s clips caught the attention of a certain Justin Timberlake, who promptly signed her to his label, Tennman Records. They’ve been working on her debut album ever since with an impressive list of songwriters and producers: Polow Da Don (Usher, Ciara), Stargate (Rihanna, Ne-Yo) and Ryan Tedder (Leona Lewis, Beyonce).
Her first single ‘Outta Here‘ is extremely catchy and is out in the US and Netherlands now (no news on a UK release date). Here’s a 30 second sample. For the full version, go to her website.
