Uploading from your desktop
Place the cursor where you want the image added to your post and click on 'Add an image' button underneath the post box. Select the image on your desktop and select whether you want to insert a small thumbnail or the full image.

Make sure the image is under 1MB.

Linking
This is the quickest way where you link to an image online elsewhere. Copy the URL to the image (on most browsers, right click (PC) / CTRL + click (Mac) on the image and select 'Copy Image URL'. Once you have the URL, click on the image icon in the tool bar above and add the URL in the overlay.
