We’re normally not too big on Jessie J ballads and mid-tempo songs due to the vocal acrobatics, but her latest single, Silver Lining (Crazy ‘Bout You), hits the spot. The contribution to the soundtrack of the Silver Lining Playbook movie was written by Diane Warren who has written some of the biggest ballads of the past few decades.
The movie, Silver Lining Playbook stars Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Robert DiNiro and is out in cinemas now.
Jessie J has started work on her second studio album earlier in the year and has said the album will feature “a lot more pain” than her debut album ‘Who You Are’. The album is expected next year.
