How different things were for Lady GaGa this time last year.
She had been promoting her debut single ‘Just Dance’ in the US for over eight months before it finally reached the top mid-January 2009. Twelve months on and GaGa is on top of the world with another four US number ones and a sell out world tour under her belt.
GaGa’s incredible success continues with the news that she has picked up FIVE nominations at this year’s Grammys: Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Best Dance Recording for “Poker Face”, and Album Of The Year and Best Electronic/Dance Album for ‘The Fame’ – and to top it all off, she will be performing. Huzzah!
AND with the recent announcement that her next single ‘Telephone‘ (featuring the equally amazing Beyonce) is getting a UK release on February 22nd, we can’t help but wonder if the G and B will make an appearance on stage together sometime soon…
