Avatar - the soundtrack composed by James Horner
Leona Lewis’ contribution to the soundtrack for the new James Cameron (director of Titantic) movie ‘Avatar‘ has appeared online today. ‘I See You‘ is a big soaring ballad, and at points we found ourselves comparing it to Celine Dion’s ‘My Heart Will Go On’ (it was written by the same man as ‘I See You’: James Horner) and ‘When You Believe’, the duet by Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston. Both of them were big hits back in the day, but 10 years on, we can’t quite imagine these songs getting massive airplay. But who knows, if ‘Avatar’ will the the blockbuster it’s been hyped to be, Leona might have a hit on her hands.
‘Avatar’ the movie hits cinemas December 18th.
