The Burlesque promo is in full swing with both Cher and Christina Aguilera doing the interview rounds. Yay!

Today also saw the full premiere of lead Burlesque single ‘Express‘ and fellow soundtrack cut ‘I’m A Good Girl‘ (both performed by Christina); the former is heavy on brass and sass and wouldn’t have sounded out of place on Aggy’s ‘Back To Basics’ album.

She’s not the only one contributing to the soundtrack, of course – Cher has made a significant contribution, and her track ‘Welcome To Burlesque‘ also appeared online today.

      Loved the Cher number. A bit different on musical styling for her. But she sounds great. My only gripe: Way too short a preview! And way so about time. I was getting sick of the Christina overload. It may be her movie, but she’s not the only one in it.

      Will CHER be doing talk shows like “The View” or CBS copy cat show, “The Talk”. Since Whoppie Goldberg is friends with CHER I would be surprised if she doesn’t visit “The View”. She hasn’t been on “The View” since 2003. Yep, she missed the Rosie tenure. I love the single “Welcome to Burlesque”. Christina & CHER should have did a sexy song together. That would have been a nice thing to have in the can with those two singing together. The powers that be dropped the ball on that.
