Cheryl Cole new single ‘Call My Name‘ is out 10th June. The EP comes with two b-sides, ‘Telescope‘ and ‘Make You Go‘.
‘Telescope’ is a pretty ballad, while ‘Make You Go’ is an intense pop tune with a throbbing baseline. Something you might expect from Santigold. It’s an interesting tune, but lyrically not the most sophisticated: “I’ll make your jeans vibrate like a Nokia.”
Update: we’ve just been told on Facebook that ‘Make You Go’ samples Major Lazer’s ‘Hold The Line‘, which features none other than Santigold.
‘Call My Name’s is taken from Cheryl’s forthcoming album ‘A Million Lights’, available 18th June. More details about the album on our forum.
