Mark Ronson
We’re rather excited about Mark Ronson‘s forthcoming third album, ‘Record Collection’ – he appears to have ditched the retro horns and returned to the hip-pop hodgepodge of his 2003 debut ‘Here Comes The Fuzz’.
New single ‘Bang Bang Bang‘ is currently doing the rounds (click on the player below to listen) and features legendary rapper Q-Tip plus vocals from Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ touring keyboard player MNDR.
‘Record Collection’ is set for a late September release (‘Bang Bang Bang’ is out July 11th) and features collaborations with a host of interesting names: D’Angelo, Boy George, Wiley, Simon LeBon and Ghostface Killah to name just a few…Cathy Dennis and Jake Shears heped write one of the tracks too! (‘Somebody To Love Me’.)
All sounds very promising, no?
