Listen: Smiler – Spender ft. Lana Del Rey

Before Lana Del Rey became the internet sensation with her ‘Video Games‘ release, she recorded some vocals for UK rapper Smiler. She’s appearing on his track ‘Spender‘ which uses the chorus of Shirley Bassey’s signature tune ‘Big Spender’.

Del Rey is said to have recorded the track in 2010 when she was working in the studio next to the rapper. The track will be released on Smiler’s new mixtape ‘All I Know’ on February 27.
