Here’s your first chance to get a sneak peek of the new Tyler Perry movie ‘For Colored Girls‘. The new movie, which is out in November, has an impressive line up including Janet Jackson, Macy Gray, Jill Scott, Whoopie Goldberg and a few more. Mariah Carey had also been cast, but she pulled out earlier in the year citing medical reasons.
The movie ‘For Colored Girls’ is an adaptation of the 1975 stage play (For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf) which sees seven women, all dressed in a particular colour, discuss their battles with love, abandonment, rape and abortion. Serious stuff.
