Robbie Williams returns with ‘Take The Crown’ album

After a hugely successful reunion album and tour with former band mates Take That, Robbie Williams is once again releasing his own solo material.

“After the Take That reunion – a busman’s holiday, a break from my career which re-energised me in many, many ways – I wanted to come back with a massive solo album,” said Robbie about his forthcoming release. “My main priority was to write what I consider, and hopefully what the world would consider, to be hits. I’m very excited”.

His forthcoming album, the first on Universal Records, is titled ‘Take The Crown‘ and will be out November 5, 2012. The first single off the album, which he co-wrote with Gary Barlow, will be ‘Candy’ and will be out 29th October.
