Garbage fans have been waiting for a solo album from vocalist Shirley Manson ever since the group announced an indefinite hiatus in late 2005, but aside from the occasional acting role the normally outspoken Manson has been surprisingly quiet.
There have since been rumours that Garbage are back in the studio trying some new ideas out, but in the meantime you can check out a solo demo called ‘Pretty Horses‘ which has just been posted on Shirley Manson’s Facebook page. The track was written with Greg Kurstin (Kylie Minogue, Lily Allen, Sia).
