WAPS believes in Santigold

WAPS believes in Santogold

Normally WAPS doesn’t jump on bandwagons – they tend to move and therefore it’s a dangerous pursuit – but in the case of Santogold we will be honest.  We heard a lot of hype about her and thought ‘Boring, who needs a new MIA when the one we’ve got never quite seems to succeed’. But then we heard her new single ‘LES Artistes’ and changed our minds.

IT’S
BLOODY
MAGNIFICENT

Also, a friend of WAPS saw her gig at Texas’ SxSW conference and said her performance with two dancers was ‘very good and very pop’. In our opinion, every band should have AT LEAST two dancers on stage so it’s good to know Santogold is heading in the right direction.
