Michael Jackson‘s untimely passing has been honoured at every subsequent music industry bash – and last night’s American Music Awards were no exception.

MJ was awarded no less than four posthumous honours at the A-list event, while Taylor Swift dominated the female winners after by being named Favourite Artist in both the pop and country categories. She also walked away with the highest accolade of them all: Artist of the Year.

Anyway, keeping it in the Jackson family, Janet kicked off proceedings with a medley of her biggest hits, and the rest of the line-up was similarly impressive.
