It’s been a typically dramatic week for much-hyped new rapper Azealia Banks (twitter tantrums, quitting the ‘rap game’, declaring herself a dance artist, coming back to twitter and releasing a new video five minutes later), and to be honest we find it all rather tedious. How about letting the music do the talking, Azealia?
Anyway, here’s the aforementioned video, ‘Liquorice‘, which was directed by Rankin and styled by Gaga-cohort Nicola Formichetti. The track is lifted from Banks’ current EP, ‘1991‘.
