X Factor‘s glory days might be a thing of the past, but that isn’t going to stop Simon Cowell from shoving his rejects down our throats – even if we’ve no idea who they are. Therefore, American audiences are presumably meant to be intrigued by Cher Lloyd’s ‘Want U Back‘ video because it features bratty rapper (and recent X Factor US loser) Astro, while UK viewers will *obviously* think ‘who is this charming young rapper in Cher Lloyd‘s new video?’

We can’t see it working, to be honest – but it’s a decent little pop video nonetheless. As for the tune – well, you’ve probably made your mind up about Cher Lloyd by now, no?
