It’s shaping up to be rather a good week for Kesha (let’s just overlook the ongoing $14 million lawsuit, shall we?)
Her storming ‘We R Who We R‘ is currently #1 in the UK midweek charts – quite an achievement considering the lack of local promo and the fact that the song’s been out there for months – and her new video on comedy website FunnyOrDie has already notched up over 100,000 views.
The ‘skit’ – we use inverted commas because the song featured is almost of a high enough standard to slot in with the rest of Kesha’s canon – is a Cinderella-inspired frolic in which our heroine reveals just how she goes from saintly to skank.
If Kesha’s not your thing then this definitely won’t convert you, but those of you already feeling her rough-and-ready style will love it.
